March Madness 

Good morning, ExpectSuccess Tribe!

 

I love March Madness because it gives me so much to think about.

 

Not many people become truly great. And the ones who do? They don’t get there because they believe they’re already exceptional. It’s actually the opposite—they become great because they’re obsessed with getting better. That obsession comes from knowing they aren’t great yet. They don’t feel entitled to success. They understand they’re just average right now, but they have the potential to be so much more. And that belief? That’s what fuels the fire.

 

So what’s the lesson? We all have the ability to be great. But are we obsessed with becoming the best we can be? Do we reject entitlement? I love that mindset—nothing is handed to us. There’s a price to pay, but the reward is limitless.
