Meet Tracy Wilson | Transaction Manager

I joined the real estate industry in August of 2012, and since then, I've built a diverse and hands-on career. As a Transaction Coordinator, I've had the privilege of working alongside my team, supporting every aspect of the real estate transaction. My responsibilities include daily interactions with clients, attorneys, and lenders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

In addition to my role as a Transaction Manager, I've also served as a Property Manager for multiple properties, where I handled rent collection, repairs, and lease preparation and renewals. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of real estate operations and the attention to detail required to manage complex tasks.

I was born in Germany and moved to the United States when I was just nine months old after my dad completed his service in the Army. I grew up in Champaign, where I attended Robeson High School. My diverse background, coupled with my dedication to excellence, has allowed me to thrive in the ever-evolving real estate world.
